What does my recipient see?

If you sent your recipient a reward using our email delivery method, they will receive an email that looks like this with your personalised message (check out this article to see how to add a gift message):

Then, they will be brought to the redemption experience screen where they can choose how they want to redeem the reward. (Brands featured are for illustration only.)

If you chose to receive a link for manual distribution at the time of order, you can forward that link on to your recipient however you want. When your recipient clicks on the link, it will open to the redemption experience screen above.
