Can I cancel a payout?

It is not possible to cancel claimed payouts, as your recipient has been provided with the full details to redeem their payout with a merchant. 

If a Runa payout is unclaimed, you may see the option to cancel this within Runa. To action the cancellation, follow these steps:

1. Access the Order History page via the sidebar and select 'Orders' and search for your order. You can use the Runa Order ID, payout link, or the description that was added to the order upon creation. Once you see the order you would like to cancel, click on it to proceed.

2. Click on the Payout link ID to access the Payout link details. If the payout status is 'Unclaimed' the link can be cancelled.

3. Click 'Manage payout' and click 'Cancel payout'.

4. Click 'Cancel payout link' and confirm the cancellation.

5. You will then see confirmation that the payout has been cancelled. The value of the payout will be credited to your Runa Balance at the start of the following month.
