How to Contact Visa Rewards to Remove a Card Hold

If your prepaid Visa card has been placed on hold, it may be because the card was used on a website flagged as suspicious or malicious. To protect your funds, the card is locked until your identity can be verified.

To remove the hold or request a refund check, please follow these steps to contact Visa Rewards:

Step 1: Click Help in the top right corner of your Rewards page. 

Step 2: Under the "Contact Us" section, click the drop-down menu and select Reward Card. The correct customer service phone number and contact information will appear on the screen. 

Call the number provided to verify your account and have the hold removed.
