How to redeem a Turo US gift card

To redeem

• You must have a Turo account
• If you’re a first time Turo user you must get approved to drive. You can do this through your Turo Account page before booking your first trip. Please find further information on how to get approved here - Getting approved to drive
• You must have a US mailing address and a US payment method on file

When you redeem a Turo gift card, the value is added to your travel credit balance and is applied to your next trip. If you want to use it for a specific trip, redeem it at checkout. Any remaining value stays in your travel credit for future trips. If the trip cost exceeds the gift card value, the difference will be charged to your payment method.

How to redeem a gift card via the Account page

1. 1. Open your Account page
2. 2. Scroll down to Travel credit and find the Gift Cards section
3. 3. Tap or click “Redeem” 
4. 4. Enter gift card PIN (copy and pasting from the gift card email you received)
5. 5. Tap or click “Redeem”
6. 6. Look for an on-screen confirmation that we’ve added the amount to your travel credit balance

How to redeem a gift card when booking a trip

1. 1. Scroll down to the bottom of the checkout screen to find Gift card 
2. 2. Tap or click “Redeem” 
3. 3. Enter the PIN from your gift card on the next screen
4. 4. Tap or click “Redeem” to apply the amount 
5. 5. See your gift card amount deducted as travel credit

Invalid PIN Error

Please copy and paste the code when redeeming to avoid an invalid pin error. Entering the code incorrectly will result in the below error message and the card being blocked for 24 hours. You can try again after this time frame.
