How to redeem a Just Eat gift card

Invalid PIN error

To redeem your Just Eat gift card:

1. Visit the link https://www.just-eat.co.uk/giftcards/redeem

2. Log into your account and hover over your name, from the drop-down select: "Redeem a gift card"

3. Enter your gift card code which is located on your gift card and click ''redeem''. 

Now the balance has been added to your account, it will auto-apply at checkout, and the balance of your gift card will be reflected here.

You will need to provide your 19 digit reference code, which is located at the bottom of your gift card e.g the below.

Invalid Pin Error

Customers may see an error message when trying to redeem of 'invalid pin', this is usually in indicator that the gift card has already been added to the account and auto-applied to a order at checkout. 

1. Visit the link https://www.just-eat.co.uk/ on a browser, not the app. 

2. Log into your account and hover over your name, from the drop-down select: "Redeem a voucher"

3. This will load up the ''Account Credit'' section.

4. Scoll down the page, this will show a list of all orders, including dates, order numbers, and value of those orders. Within this will show when you have added a gift card to your account.
