How do I request access to merchants on the Runa Network?

There are 2 ways of requesting access to merchants on the Runa Network.

Requesting through the Home Dashboard

Requesting through the Network tab

- When you log into your Runa Account, click on 'Access more merchants' on the top banner.

- Fill out the Screening Form with as much information as possible. Please make sure this information is accurate.

Requesting through the Network tab

- When you log into your Runa Account, click on the 'Network' tab on the left hand side menu.

- Click on 'Merchants' and then click on 'Request access' on the top banner.

- Fill out the Screening Form with as much information as possible. Please make sure this information is accurate.

Once you have completed our Screening Form, any new merchants launched on the Runa Network will be automatically added to your network where you meet the criteria (based on the information you have provided).

If merchants require manual approval, you will see this in the portal. You will need to manually request access to these merchants and we will use the information you have provided to get a decision.
