You will receive an email notification if a merchant has requested more information in order to make a decision on your approval request. You can provide the details required by following the below steps:

- Log in to the portal.
- Click on “Order Tools”.
- Click on “Product Approvals”.
- Click on “Provide Information”.
- Click on “Send” once you have accurately provided the additional information.
Important: You only get one opportunity to provide additional information. Please make sure you have provided all relevant information before clicking on “Send”.
