Terms and Conditions

How to Enter

• To enter the draw, you must fully complete and submit the satisfaction survey sent to you by Runa.
• Each completed survey submission counts as one entry into that month’s prize draw.
• The prize draw will run on a monthly basis starting on 1st July 2026.
• Entries received from the first day of a calendar month until the last day of that calendar month will be entered into that month’s prize draw.
• One winner will be chosen by random draw from all eligible entries received in that calendar month.
• The winner will be selected within the first working week of the following calendar month.

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to anyone who has received a satisfaction survey invitation from Runa and submits a completed response during the relevant calendar month.
• Employees of Runa are not eligible to enter.
• No purchase is necessary to enter.

The Prize

• One winner will be selected each month to receive a £25 reward (or equivalent in local currency where applicable).
• The prize will be delivered to the winner via email in the form of a reward link.
• The reward link must be redeemed within 90 days of the date it is issued, after which it will expire.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Runa reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances make this necessary.

Winner Announcement

• Once the winner has been drawn, they will be notified within 5 working days by email to the address provided in their survey response.
• The winner’s name and country of residence can be obtained by sending an email to [e-mail] within 30 days of the end of the relevant monthly draw.

Claiming the Prize

• The prize reward link will be sent directly to the winner by email — no further action is required to claim it.
• The reward link must be used within 90 days of issue. After this period, the prize will expire and no replacement will be issued.

General

• Runa reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
• Any changes to these terms and conditions, or cancellation of the draw, will be posted on this webpage. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed of any such changes.
