My gift card isn't working

Once you've received your gift card, this should have all the details you need for how to redeem it with the brand.

Here are some general tips to consider when redeeming your gift card:

• Be sure to add the gift card details to the correct check out step, which is usually 'Redeem/Add gift card' rather than 'Add discount voucher/code' 
• If using the gift card online, copy and paste the code so you don't miss any numbers
• Don't leave any spaces between the numbers when entering the code 
• Read the brand T&Cs to check eligibility with other offers, discount codes and where it can be used (some brands may only allow redemption in participating stores)
• Try using desktop instead of mobile, usually Google Chrome or Mozilla are broadly supported browsers
• Make sure to use the correct web page and currency for your gift card
• If you intend to use a gift card in store, check if the card needs printing before use
• Gift cards may temporarily lock if they are attempted too many times, so if you're having trouble using it then it is worth trying again after a short period
