Sometimes orders will fail, this may be due to a few reasons outlined below.
1. Check the balance of your float for that specific currency to ensure the balance is enough to cover any purchases.
2. Wait a further 2 minutes and try again, as long as you were not initially charged in your first attempt.
3. Double-check our Runa status page to see if there are any widespread issues with gift card failures and out-of-stock warnings.
4. If you are connected to Runa via our API, check the error codes in our API docs to find what might be causing the failures.
