There are 4 different ways to place an order through the Runa Connect Portal.
1. Single Send
1. Go to Create Order and choose the Single Send option
2. Complete the fields with your desired information and click Send now
3. Review the order and if happy, click Commit to purchase and the Gift Card will be sent instantly to the recipient
Tip: The Email Template is set to default, which means the recipient will receive the standard email template that is created. If you want to customise your email templates this can be done under Order Tools - see our article on Creating Email Templates for further details.
2. Bulk Upload
1. Go to Create Order and choose the Bulk Upload option, followed by New upload
2. Create a CSV file with with the order details: product, value, quantity, description, delivery email, email template, subject line, wrap. You can find an example CSV here: csv template.csv
Not all fields are mandatory, as outlined in the table below of column definitions
3. Once the CSV file is complete, enter a short description and ensure the breakage expiry period box is completed - this tends to default to 90 days
4. Upload the file onto the portal by clicking Choose File then Upload File
5. Review your order before clicking Commit to Purchase
6. The order is now complete and the gift card will be sent instantly to the recipient
7. if you notice any issues you can cancel the card immediately as shown below:
3. Bulk Download
1. Go to Create Order and choose the Bulk Download option
2. Pick the products you want to purchase and select the value & quantity
3. If you want to choose more products, simply Add to Basket or if you have all the cards you require then Add to Basket and Checkout
4. At checkout, you will be given the chance to review or edit the order. If you make any edits to the order, ensure you click to Update Cart. Once you are happy with your order, click to Checkout
5. The order is complete and you can download the CSV file containing the URL links to send to the recipient
4. Runa Payout Link
1. Go to Runa Payout Links and Create a Product, then choose New Template
2. Fill out your customisation details and select the brands that you wish to be included on this template. Key details to be filled in are shown in the image on the right: banner background colour, company logo & expiry period.
3. Once completed click Create Template at the bottom right of the page
4. Send the select link via Bulk Upload (steps outlined in section 2 of this article). In the CSV file the product code will be the select link product code as shown below.
